Day Day Eleven– Wichita KS. To Home - Miles: 831
We had planned on taking two days to get home but as we were thinking about it we decided there wasn't much to see and we just decided to ride home in one day. We started out early as we targeted the White Grill for a late breakfast. It was 173 miles away in the small town of Nevada. They have been serving it up in Nevada since 1938. We each had what they affectionately call the Mess. It is a massive amount of potatoes, ham, cheese and eggs. Pretty good. We were on US54 for a long time before hitting I-44 outside of Rolla and rode interstate the rest of the way. We did take the southern route out of St. Louis which is I-64 to have something a little different from I-70 & I-74. Not the best ride but the first part was good.
