Stark New Hampshire - Stark Covered Bridge

The Stark covered bridge also known as the Pittsburg covered bridge.  We approached the bridge from the east coming from Maine.  The surrounding roads to get to the bridge, NH110 & 110A and NH16 were great roads.  It spans 134’ across the Ammonoosuc River.  It was built in 1853 and is a Paddleford Truss construction.  We stayed on 110 to Groveton where we stopped at another covered bridge.  This bridge also spanned the Ammonoosuc River.  It is 126’ in length and is also a Paddleford Truss construction.
