Brown County OH - McCafferty Covered Bridge

We left Lynchburg and continued on State Route 134 south to U.S. 50 where we headed west and back towards home.  The trip is only 14 miles and the bridge is just off of U.S. 50 west of Fayetteville and the town of Vera Cruz.  This bridge also spans the East Fork of the Miami River and is a working bridge.  Its span is 157' and was built in 1870 with a Howe Truss construction.
